Photo Compressor collects no data. Your photos never leave your device.

Nothing. The app has no account, no server, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The developer never receives your photos or any information about you or your device.
Photos are read and compressed on your device. They are never uploaded. The compressed copies stay on your device until you save them to Photos or Files, or share them yourself.
The app never changes or deletes an original. Unsaved copies are kept in the app's temporary storage and are removed when you discard them or when the system clears it.
The app asks for access to your photo library so you can pick photos and save the compressed copies. You can allow all photos, only selected photos, or no access. Without access you can still import photos from Files. Change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
Photos can hold the GPS location where they were taken. Turn on Remove location and the app leaves GPS data out of the copies it makes. This happens on your device.
Your compression defaults, such as quality, dimensions and format, are saved in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
When you tap Share, the copies go to the app you choose. That app's privacy policy covers what happens next.
The app is a one-time purchase through the App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Payment is handled by Apple. No payment details reach the app or the developer.
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
