Your take-home pay, pay schedule, balance, bills, logged spending and reminder settings are saved in the app's own storage on your device. The app has no account and no server. Your budget is never uploaded, and the app never asks for a bank connection.
The free version shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. Google's ad software runs inside the app and can collect:
Google uses this to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. It shows ads that match your interests only if you allow it. Google never receives your budget, bills or spending. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
The Remove ads purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play. The app receives only confirmation that it was bought. No payment details reach the app or the developer.
Payday and bill reminders are scheduled by your device from your own settings. They are not push notifications, so no server learns your pay dates or bills.
An exported backup is a plain, unencrypted file holding your setup, bills and history. If you save it to a cloud drive or send it somewhere, that service's privacy policy covers it.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Start over in Setup erases your budget. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. To reset the advertising ID on iPhone, see Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, see Settings → Privacy → Ads.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
