How much can you spend until payday? Here is how the app works it out.
safe to spend = balance
− spending logged since the balance was entered
− bills due before payday
− cushion
− savings for this cycle
That amount, divided by the days left until payday, is your daily allowance.
Copy the balance from your banking app. Spending logged before you entered it is treated as already counted by the bank. Updating the balance resets the running total, so logging every purchase is optional.
Choose weekly, every 2 weeks, twice a month or monthly, and pick one payday. Every later payday is worked out from it. If a payday falls on a day a month does not have, it moves to that month's last day.
A bill repeats on a day of the month. Only bills due before your next payday are subtracted. Tap Paid when one leaves your account so it is not counted twice.
Turn on payday and bill reminders in Setup, and allow notifications when asked. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they arrive with or without signal.
Export a copy saves one file with your setup, bills and history. Restore from a file replaces everything on the phone with that file. There is no sync. To move to a new phone, export on the old one and restore on the new one.
The free version shows one banner above the tab bar. Remove ads in Setup → Ads is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
On a new phone, tap Restore purchase in Setup → Ads. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. In the EU, UK and Switzerland, Ad privacy choices in the same place changes your ad consent.
